It has nothing to do with how you roll it's just a popular saying here in the US and it can be offensive. It's very common to see it on someone's knuckles spread across 3 fingers. My ex-FIL was a bit of a tatted up biker guy. He had V-I-C tattooed on his knuckles spread across three fingers but it didn’t have any hidden meaning. His name was Victor.
I always joked that I better not get out of line or I’d have C-I-V stamped across my forehead.
