Cab/ Marker Lights

Has anyone put these on their 5th Gen Ranger? I put some on my 2011 Ranger and they looked sharp.

Not me but I saw some yesterday that were solar powered with photo cells and were triggered by vibration - no wiring, no switches - just stick them on and go.

Why would you want these. they would be on when your truck is parked in your garage or driveway.

I wouldn’t want them on my Ranger. Maybe if I had a SuperDuty that was hauling a fifth wheel.

They wouldn’t be on in the driveway or garage because they only come on when they sense vibration from starting the engine, driving, etc. The photo cell is so they only come on in the dark.

Question for Ed (Nolan62) did you hook up the turn signal connections? I would not want turn signals on the roof of my truck.

No, it's tapped into the marker light in the left front fender.

Last year someone parked an older Ranger in front of my neighbor's house with cab lights on it.
I thought it looked like ass. Like putting chrome exhaust stacks in the bed of an F-150.

I agree, regular cab lights look way out of place. Mine is a small LED strip built into a cab/roof protector. So it's not the big individual lights. It matches the ones in my hood protector.
