That's what it's all about! I just put a 10lb spiral ham on the smoker lightly seasoned and added a little brown sugar then I'll glaze it about an hour before it's ready to come off. It's only the 2 of us so we'll be eating ham all week. lol

The smoked ham came out great I must say. lol I haven't made a ham in a very long tome because most of my working career was working on construction sites and eating ham sandwiches. I used the glaze packet that came with it but added some honey, more brown sugar and some red wine. It pretty much fell off the bone after 4.5 hours of cooking. Can't wait to do a turkey next.

We always make fresh homemade Guacamole while the food is cooking.

I used a blend of pellets of hickory, oak, cherry and maple which gave it a great smoke flavor. Next time I'm going to try mixing in some apple with this.

One of them passed in the latter part of January this year, Uncle Frank.
Grandpa, my late cousin Casey and bunch of friends and family members who have passed. Gone but Not Ever Forgotten.

Baileys , now watchin 'it's a wonderful life" jimmy Stewart played George Bailey, Stewart piloted B24s in ww2 in Europe, flying 20 combat missions. Courageous patriotic dude. The original Scrooge however remains my favorite Xmas movie.
