Is this condensation? This was right at startup. Goes away after a few minutes. I’m in NY, so I’m assuming it’s just cause of the cold. But given all of the issues I hear about, I want to make sure it’s nothing to be concerned about.

It's just blowing out the moisture that was in the exhaust system....as exhaust system heats up it burns off the moisture.....the moisture happens when you turn truck off for the night....depending on outside temps, moisture forms when the exhaust metal cools down.
Absolutely nothing to be concerned with.....

Great, I know that’s what it is. But after hearing so many horror stories I just had to put it out there and have someone confirm it ??

I'd get a second opinion. Here's mine, it's the dreaded oil in the fuel syndrome.

It's condensation caused by tailgate dampening

Ok, it's morning now and I'm feeling a little spunky still.
Some further advice, stay off the internet and news channels. There is a lot of hype out there that may be upsetting and lead you to panic and believe the sky is falling. Having lived through many decades of that, you learn it's not all bad
Look for the good in everything instead of the bad. You'll be much happier.:like:

There may be condensation in the pipe, but it's also the moisture vapor in the air.. it doesn't burn so it gets heated up during combustion and then condenses as it travels through the cold pipe. Same reason why you see your breath when it's cold.

For every gallon of gas burned, over a gallon of water is produced a a byproduct. Add to that, moisture in the air and a rich condition at start up. I would assume it is normal, as long as it is white.
