Just got my Ranger back from Ford. CDF Drum Sleeve slid out of place?!?

Is this a recall issue or something that I would have to pay to have done? I have a 2020 XLT that just hit 40,000 in miles. My trans acts up randomly. Most of the time it shifts great. Then randomly it will just act weird.

If you’re still within the 5 year / 60,000 mile powertrain warranty ( or if you have a ESP plan) you can take it in and have looked at under TSB 24-2101.
