I haven't made that change but should because the battery drains ridiculously fast when the truck isn't driven.

I finally changed my OEM battery a couple months ago only because I constantly had to charge it if not driven. The new battery shows the same behavior due to the parasitic drain.
That change alone will likely not help much on the parasitic drain. Most of the stuff that happens while parked is due to other causes. About all you can do there is put a charger/desulfator on it when you're parked long-term.
You'd have to dig in and remove all kinds of "features" to make any difference.

See post 615 here: TJC has gone totally old school on his Ranger.

Today's results. Only one hour resting after unplugging the charger. Sorry about the crappy glare.

The last few days mine has been putting out 15 + volts at the power port, so it's already overcharging anyway. Probably due to the sick battery. It does drop down into 14.4 - 14.6 while driving around.
I haven't seen anyone else reporting overcharging or overheating at 90 = 95% SOC either.
Update 011825 SOC now set @100%. Showing improvement!

Thanks everyone!
Night before last I checked and the battery was at less than 12 V, TopDon was saying battery was toast, and IR was at 5.0. I didn't get a screen shot of it but ran the charger and desulfator overnight.

Yesterday afternoon after waiting "at rest" for about 4 hours I checked and the battery SOC was 41% and IR was 4.5. I ran the charger again last night and will check again later today but I've already seen improvement. ASS started working yesterday while I was running some errands I will check the battery state again this afternoon.

I think for now I will focus on getting the SOC setting to 100% and worry about auto stop/start later.
I am waiting for my code to be approved for the 2 month Forscan license right now. I hope that will get me what I need because you can't pay for a license right now.

I read somewhere Forscan is a Russian product and there not allow to issue new license because of the embargo.
Anyone else see this, or hear of this ?

I saw on FORScan website that sales were stopped because they needed to change their bank deposit location, or something like that. I just downloaded FORScan a couple of days ago, and that notice was gone. BTW, you could still download when the notice was posted, but you couldn't buy/pay for the extended license (you could activate the 60-day free use).
