I just found the same thing on my 2019 Lariat. Began having check engine lights on and off with a random misfire code. Yesterday the Low Oil Pressure light and an additional Turbo/Supercharge circuit failure code.
Mine has 2-3 wires rubbed bare and 2 are completely broken. The tube holding the wiring harness is completely broken and the zip ties are holding it to the wiring harness.
Where do you find the wiring harness and what is it called?
Most of the guys are just repairing the wires not replacing with a harness and using 3/8 fuel hose as the replacement for the broken hose and zip ties holding harness on the hose.

That is option #2 depending on how much it costs, if I can even replace it all. The wires are so small it was hoping to simply unplug it and replace it, but we will see.

I see you have asked Benny for this info, here is what I know and have found.
If you are in the KC Metro, Use OEM Ford Parts Direct and you can pick up locally to save shipping as they are running out of T-Bred Ford (Boardwalk) location.
They match Benny's prices and No Shipping charges as you can pick up locally.

Notes:
1. The Hose / Tube is (NOT) a separate part from Ford, it comes as an assembly with the Fan Clutch.
2. The (Fan Clutch) connector (C1048) is part of the Engine Harness (Harness # 12C508), This is one of the main engine harnesses.
3. The Connector - can be replaced separately - must cut and splice it comes with a (?) amount of wire (approx. 24 inches) it appears

Fan Clutch: P/N: KB3Z-8A616-C = $341.88
Pigtail Connector P/N: WPT-1505 = $60.77
Harness (12C508) - Not confirmed P/N: KU5Z-12A581-P = $262.16, this part number needs verified but it appears to be the correct part number for Harness 12C508

So being that the Fan Clutch harness area is damaged from the hose/ tube support it is much easier to just replace the hose with aftermarket 3/8 HP Fuel Line or similar and then get the pigtail connector and cut out the damaged section which is generally within 12 inches of the connector and splice in a new connector (pigtail).

Depending on the dealer - they will replace the fan clutch and (repair) the wiring with a connector pigtail as I doubt, they will replace the whole harness if a viable repair of the harness is available, in this case there is (for Warranty Repairs) anyways.

Edit: Sorry I got you confused with 5thranger in the Land of OZ

I finally got the broken wires patched and taped up the one with a bare spot and have a piece of HP fuel line to replace the broken original equipment to hold the wiring harness. As others have said, I also had a blown F12 fuse, so I replaced it.
Now the odd things, as soon as I put the new fuse in I noticed a slight "buzzing" sound from in the engine. It was faint but noticeable and it was immediate when putting in the new fuse.
The Low Oil Pressure/ CE light still comes on. Will this take while to reset? Do I need to pull the codes and erase it?

UPDATE:
All the lights have finally gone out and the truck is running better than it has in months. The miss is gone, the roaring engine noise and the pep is back. Amazing two little 20 gauge wires caused all these problems.
Instead of the friction tape, I used a smaller fuel line to hold the wires and then zip tied them to the replacement for the OEM rubber hose which is also an HP Fuel line. Now to see how long these last, hopefully another 100,000 miles.

Had the same issue partner. Spliced in new wires, and changed the fuse. Solved the issue. Found some 3/8 fuel hose and rigged it up

Why did they just make a fan clutch mount that attaches to the front somewhere, instead of on the engine?

Because it’s a belt driven fan and it needs to be attached to the engine. The problem isn’t with the fan clutch but with the wiring that goes to it and how it’s mounted.
