I have a question for those knowledgeable about suppressors. I am thinking about getting the Silencerco Omega 36. I want something that is modular I think. The main rifle I’m looking to suppress is 300blk but would also like use it on my daughters 350 legend and also my M1A 308. I won’t be doing any crazy mag dumps, most of the use will be hunting. Might throw it on a 5.56 AR occasionally when plinking. Is this a good option for what I’m looking to accomplish and are there other options I should be considering?
Give this guy's tests a read. I was a paying member for awhile and I feel it's worth it.

I've got a 20g Mossberg semi with 7 rounds in it - extended the tube from 5 to 7. Made in Turkey. Nice shotgun. And his big 12g brother. I also have an old Stevens 12g pump from the 1950's. The action on that pump is really very good.

We both have our CC permits. About time to renew too.

Sportsmans warehouse & Midway are just a couple places that carry it.
I like to browse ammoseek.com sometimes when I'm bored.

Correction, It was a Mossberg ..
I have a similar mossberg in 12 gauge. My first skeet shooting gun with a very hard phenolic buttplate along with solid bolt lockup. After 100 rounds I would get beaten up bad. Those were the days when a 16 year old could buy old pre serial number guns at a yard sale for 40 bucks to get started. Couldn't believe the recoil difference when I finally got a semi auto.

Finally pulled the trigger and bought a suppressor. Went to a local shop that deals with them a lot and is very knowledgeable. Ended up with the Dead Air Nomad 30. Finger prints and paperwork are completed. Now to wait on the wizards at the ATF and Silencer Shop to do what they do lol. I can already see this is about to become an expensive Pandoras Box I just opened lol.

Hopefully you'll get lucky and not have to wait to long. Yes, it is a huge rabbit hole you're jumping into. lol Just like our Rangers once you start buying things there's no stopping now! If it wasn't for the $200 tax stamp I'm sure I'd have a lot more than 5.

FYI I don't think that can handle the 350 Legend. Usually anything 30 cal the bore is too small for 350/9mm.

You’re spot on, it’s a 30cal can. Talking with the guy at the shop it was a better option for using on the 10.5 barrel 300blk and my M1A. The main reason was the back pressure's on both those systems. I’m going to change the gas valve on the M1A to an adjustable one regardless. Also might change the gas block on the 300blk. Now to figure out if I want a can for 9mm or 22 rimfire next. This is going to get expensive quick lol.
