So do people actually look at dew point and humidity before deciding to do things?
Seriously, I can't imagine that. I only check to see if it's going to rain or not.
Was outside working yesterday and no idea what the humidity was or "real feel" but was probably high since I was sweating just sitting in the garage. Guess it's mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter. :like:
I don't know about "people" and why "they" do or don't do things.
We moved from VA to AZ because our daughter wanted to go to ASU and as she was handicapped to the point she couldn't live alone we moved here for her. We liked it here so well (no severe cold or shoveling snow/ice) that when she passed away we decided to stay.

I dont know about other people but I check the humidity level & temp for the coming days
to decide what I am going to do. I check wunderground & accuweather but find their forecasts wrong more often then not

Me too, I use Weather.com and WeatherBug on my phone. Although, like you said - they're often wrong. But I do like to try to plan days off with them ...

Since we are talking about weather, I saw this video that explains why the US has such different weather across the country.
TLDW: It's because our mountains ranges go North-South, not East-West like European countries.

I don't know how long ago it was but sorry to learn of the passing of your daughter, must have been rough. My wife passed about 6 and a half years ago, time does help.

December of 2010 she passed.
We moved here June 2008.
Thanks. Time helps a bit, I guess.

So very saddened to hear of your daughter's passing.

Prayers for you and your family.
