Like I was trying to say, sometimes how the bathroom is physically appointed and described in a listing makes a difference in how it is described in an app. And sometimes the most recent lister just makes a mistake in the description that is never corrected. Two fully functioning bathrooms, not just a toilet.
A home with 2 tub/showers and toilet will be a "2 bath", while a tub/shower and toilet in one with a shower stall only with toilet in the other might be considered by some to be a 1-1/2 bath home. Description is in the eye of the describer.
Just like some of yall describe a Maverick as a truck, and some say it's not.
Edit: I just looked our house up. Realtor.com says it's 3 bath, but that's wrong. Only 2-1/2 actual baths. Zillow says the same thing, so this is on the listing agent that improperly described the house, hopefully accidentally and not on purpose in order to justify what they listed it at.
