Yes. And make sure the power train 5/60 is still in play. I've never bought a used vehicle so I wouldn't know for sure. I just replaced my transmission at 37000ish miles. It was painless, but still a hassle. I had known it was heading south, so I also hustled up an extended warranty from Granger. I didn't need it for this, but I'm now covered out to 10 yrs / 125K miles.In either case, I would get a very through checkup by a good mechanic. Most of the folks with no issues want to keep their Rangers, those plagued with issues trade them out. My 21 is not so decontented that I really care.
