I just ordered this bumper; It's now only $495. After a few cold ones had it delivered to my local delaer. I dont have the factory fog light option (XL). Wiring aside, anyone know what size aftermarket lights will mount/fit into the fog light spot on this ARB?

So, what about their instruction that the airbags need to be recalibrate? Is that just Ford silliness?
So, does this require the airbags to be re-calibrated? If I buy I plan on installing it myself.

You just have to have a shop that has FDRS software change the bumper setting in the BCM from the factory bumper to the Performance model

It's a 30 second change, unfortunately we can't do it with Forscan, I looked

As for installing yourself, lol it's a bear of a job. I'm doing mine now on vacation and about to roll into my third day ? I'm only pulling about 6 to 7 hours of work per day on it, and I'm losing a ton of time adapting it for my parking sensors and figuring out the adaptive cruise radar

End of day two I've got it hung on the truck, have to torque everything tomorrow and install some little trim plates and finish installing the ACC

You'll need a 21mm socket and a 17mm wrench to get it done, those were two items I didn't have on the shelf

Where did you find it for $495?

Got a link?

Thanks!

Hi Lawn and Mapco, looking great! Can you help with some questions?
- what size drill bit did you use for sensor holes
- can you mount winch with bumper installed or must winch go in first
- what ACC mount did you use
- how many inches of leveling did you need after bumper and winch

Thanks in advance! Mine’s ordered and I’m prepping parts and tool lists.

1 3/16 will get you the right size, you then need to mark and cut the little keyways with a Dremel side cutting bit

The two piece sensor sleeves are keyed so it doesn't rotate. The piece that slips in from the front has the key nubs that you have to cut little notches for.

The rear sleeve has little plastic feet that stand off the back of the bumper, the new bumper is fatter, you have to sand those down a little so they clip on properly from the back, two seconds with a sanding wheel.

I used a cali raised ACC relocation bracket, and cut off most of it. I'd have to take some photos to show you how I made it work but it works perfectly. And you can adjust the elevation and windage of the ACC radar.

As for leveling, no idea I haven't leveled my truck, mine is a Tremor model and I see no difference from the stock bumper by my eye. I do believe you can mount a winch with the bumper already mounted, there's an assload of room when it's installed.

You probably would need a jack or something to lift and hold the winch for you, though, they weigh almost 90lbs by themselves. I've not mounted a winch yet.

Which Ford part numbers did you use for the sensor sleeves?

Thanks!
