i am a new owner of a 2023 ford ranger xlt tremor? and i am curious to know if it happens to duplicate the vehicle key am i able to get inside the vehicle without any alarm panic trigger?

reason for this question is why am i getting a weird feeling that someone else can open my vehicle whenever on parking spot at my work.
too many weird happening for like example when i left the vehicle in the morning for work and nothing is on like wiper, signal light , AUX switches but when comes back after 8 hours working and not be able to check the vehicle its random i see its turnd on.

More details please.

If you have remote access, it features a rolling code - code changes every engine start - I don’t remember exactly how it works offhand , but it helps stop a code reader from reading you code and gaining access to the truck. As the code it will read will change after you turn off the truck.

I do not fully understand, your items being on / off , as you park truck and come back after 8 hours of work.

I think you may be talking about the BMS - Battery Management System- (?)
Please be more specific.

Are you saying that physical switches are moving while you are at work? That would be wild.

We used to turn on everything we could in my older brother's '99 ranger so that he would get in and everything would start going crazy, but his truck was unlocked in our driveway and didn't even have power locks.

Would it be possible that a passenger, friend, spouse, etc. flipped the switches unknowingly to you, but you didn’t realize it until after you got into your truck after work?

If you are not the 1st owner, you will want to initiate the factory reset in the infotainment center and that will remove any former remote access from former owners with the Ford Pass app. Then setup the app on your phone so that you formally have control of the remote unlock and remote start functions.

That covers a possible ability for someone else to unlock your vehicle without a key.

As for the physical switches, I got nothing as someone has to be physically changing them.

As far as the keyblade ( I have the Lariat so Passive Entry)
I have a keyblade that I can separate from the FOB , if I pull the key and take FOB away from the truck. I can open the door with the key, but set off the alarm.

The alarm is looking for a valid code from the FOB
I believe that yours cannot be separated from the FOB, Flip out Key

For peace of mind, not to mention safety, why not keep your fob in a Faraday pouch or case when you are at work, home, etc.? (It also prevents misplacing the fob if you are absent-minded ... like me!)

If it is in your pocket, unprotected, then it is communicating regularly with your vehicle, and thieves with scanners can duplicate those signals to enter your vehicle. I'm not saying that they are, but they can...

I am thinking the more obvious answer. Someone with access to the second key is playing games with you. I suggest the world's cheapest cam or gopro with a battery pack for a week and see who it is.

Ghosts?

In all seriousness, I'm eager to learn if you ever discover what's causing this.

The physical switches are a real stumper. The only thing that surprised me was my remote start climate settings. I set mine to be "Last Settings" but didn't realize it was the last setting that was on.

Meaning that if I turn off the truck with ac and heat off, it doesn't remote start with those off. It uses the last settings that had values, as in defrost only set to a medium fan speed. That threw me for a few remote starts and I guess that means the truck will always have some level of climate control on. The reason it was a minor concern to me was that I'd like to remote start the truck and have nothing "extra" on to maximize battery charging.

LOL, I say that as I sit here with my truck remote started for 30 minutes with max defrost on to clear snow.

Good luck and, as a fellow Canadian, I hope you catch these gremlins!
