Anyone put dual exhaust on their Ranger?

I am thinking about putting dual exhaust, the kind that splits after the muffler, has anyone done this?

Are the yuou happy with it?

How is the sound?

Would you do it again?

I used the Gibson dual exhaust kit and it sounds great! Just a nice little rumble, not annoying at all. actually have to roll the windows down and turn the stereo way down just to hear it.

I have the Ford Performance (by Borla) exhaust on mine. It has a duel exit muffler as part of the kit and has duel exits close to stock exit location. I'm not sure if you were asking about that or a rear dual exit more like the ROW Ranger Raptor had.

As for the Ford Performance kit, I like it. I can see me having to use some more high temp black on the exhaust tips every so often, but the black goes with the black appearance package well. And the install is super easy.

Does the Gibson have a pipe on either side of the bumper? That is what I would go with.

Yes the Gibson comes out under the bumper 1 pipe on each side.

I've always liked how the Dodge did the Ram exhaust, how the rear bumper has the tip cut outs mostly. Would love to try and mimic that one day.

That certainly passes my OCD test , everything the same on both sides ...as it should be ...

Yes, I installed it myself. I am a retired ase master auto tech. I have a problem letting anybody touch my vehicles.
