Preach! A huge problem in the whole EV push, is the government subsidies. Even Elon Musk said he dislikes the subsidies. Let natural capitalism do it's thing.They really should perfect the hybrids first. If I could get a PHEV Ranger with at least 50 miles to it I'd be all over it. I'm sure there day will come soon enough but this whole big push to shove full EV's down everyones throat is backasswards.
Then the conspiriciy side of me starts thinking.If the government wants this so bad it's only for their own good, ie MONEY! Because all these hypocrites like Al Gore who've been preaching for 20+ years still fly around the country in their big private jets and have huge mansions that use more electricity than the state of Rhode Island. Not a mistake, I had a Pioneer and needed the space by hanging on the wall. 2009 is when Pioneer exited making plasma panels and sold all their mfg tech to Panasonic. Which in turn flooded the market and caused prices to plummet because Panasonic started selling panels to LG & Samsung before also exiting plasma production in 2016 I think. But from 2005 to 2009 plasma prices steadily declined also due to pressure from LCD’s.I can't tell if you are bragging or admitting a mistake.?
2009 I paid $750 for a 42" plasma TV and it's still working. No need for anything newer since it still works.
