mostly Highway but some KY and MO 2 lanes. Hotter than hades. Tent will be fun tonight.

in morning heading for Smith Falls State Park NE so I can see the Niabrara River. Should be cooler up there. Check in tomorrow.

I am with you. Have had back surgery and problems for years. I constantly have to get out and walk and stretch on any long trips. I have a gel pad I bought at Walmart that really helps me. Hope it doesn’t get the best of you.

Yep. Had an L4/5 fusion in 2016. I was really good until last couple months hoping I don’t have another disc deteriorating

I've had back problems for years too. Even though I love the seats in my Ranger and they're super comfortable my back is killing me tonight. I've already popped 2 Aleeve and have the heating pad all fired up.

I used my heated seats a couple times today ! ?? Should have got the Doc to give me some flexoril for this trip!

I use the heated seats year round. Probably more for my back than for heat in the winter. Heated seats are pretty much mandatory for me now.

lol I've had mine on since I left AZ on Friday morning. It helps a lot but carrying all this gear we have up to the second floor of the hotel last night and this morning did me in.

I noticed one hiccup today from Ranger. After cruising a while when I hit some stop/go traffic it had weird low gear low rpm shifts. Loving the gas mileage. I’m not a speed demon..set cruise at 72 most of the day.

I had the same in 2019 and truly hope I never have to do it again. It was necessary, and helped immensely with the pain, but I don't wanna go through it ever again.
Take good care of yourself as long as you can!
