As we all know the storage under the rear seats are a bit lacking. Don't believe me? Then ask yourself why Ford didn't do anything like this? Mind you this is in the Nissan Frontier!!

I havnt used mine yet and likely never will, I don't see an issue with how poorly shaped they are.

At least with the ranger.... it's a ranger... not some jap scrap excuse of a pickup... and that should be enough in itself ?

I won't argue that the rangers are great truck there are plenty of times that I do miss my 2019. That said I also miss my 2016 Frontier and it was also a great truck. Nissan has also shown to be better than Toyota when it comes to the trucks here in the States as well.

I will also add that there are a few big problems that Ford needs to take care of. 1: stop trying to release 50 new models at a time, 2: a base model truck doesn't need a massager for your a****** built into the seat, 3: they need to make the dealers stop the bullshit markup on all the vehicles!!

Until that is done it will be hard for me to go back to the Ranger.

The supercabs have them. One is filled with the scissor jack and wrench for tire changes, the other is empty. Issue is you have to remove seat bottom to get to them. I leave mine off along with headrests. They're decently deep, I keep a few bungie cords, ratchet straps, shackle, and 30ft tow strap in the one. Even have lids too.

I have been eying the tundra, but don’t like the interest rates currently.

They aren't worth it. One of.mu buddies has one and from what he told me, good luck doing any kind of work with it. At best he sees 16MPG on a good day and it's stock. With the hybrid system it runs it's not efficient at all

Good to know. I was going for an sr5 so no hybrid system offered, but I will keep that in mind. I eventually need to get a full size in a year or two, but don’t want anything from the big three due to QC, etc… I’ve only been in Nissans as rentals so i haven’t been impressed but Im sure they were base models.

I do appreciate Japanese vehicles.. quite a bit actually. Most Nissans just don't inspire any sort of confidence for me.. hard to explain.
I'm actually curious as to what you mean. Do t get me wrong, I feel they did go the wrong way with a few vehicles including the Pathfinder on how they turned it into a damn minivan.

1- absolutely.

2- EVERYTHING should come with an ******* massager built in, EVERYTHING.

3- Rabid supporter of the idea of a free market, can't get behind that one.

You mean the big 2? Chrysler has not been a part of the US manufacturers since 2010 ever since the Fiat takeover

I suppose the big two, living in Michigan I still think off them as one even as they are French and Italian now.

Well, most of my Nissan experience is with an 04-05ish v6 Frontier. While it's been reliable for my F.I.L and everyone who's borrowed it (for the most part) it just seems... weak? Chincy? I'm not sure. Like I said.. hard to explain. It just doesn't seem as robust as it's competitors.. the seating position is as uncomfortable as the tacoma, the level of interior refinement is extremely weak even for its era, it's v6 drinks absolutely way too much fuel for how incredibly slow it is ( I thought it was a 4cyl until I was asked to change it's battery lol) it's auto trans is crap IMO.. I just really don't like it. Id take a same-year ranger over a Frontier any day of the week.

The other Nissan was an 04-05 maxima 3.5 6mt.. and while that one was quick and comfortable enough.. something like a same year camry just "feels" better.
