Road-trip vacation with family in the Explorer. Took the IWI Masada Slim with me. It has the new Vortex Defender CCW dot on it that I got to test.

Also took a suppressed 6ARC and coyote call, but nothing came in (very windy).

Got in an ambi safety for the Colt AR. Installed so now this lefty is all sete! KNS anti-rotate pins coming in tomorrow!
I'm normal (right handed )?, but my last couple of builds I have put ambi safeties on. Makes things easier no matter which side I am shooting from. My last build I used a rise armament trigger and it came with pins, not KNS, though. My shorty, I did use KNS pins.

I know......its a right-handed world! I figure an ambi-safety is a must-have. The anti-rotation pins are a 'want'. I really like the Rock River 2-stage triggers but didn't want to dish out the $ for it. I did order a Sig Sauer Romeo7 red dot today over lunch..........another 'want'.

Was researching Sig and they all say the glass is really clear.
I'm pleased with it. Just as clear as my old Leupold that was on my department marksman rifle. Got it from Optics Planet with mount for $350
