I'm #1 On My Dealers List For A Ranger Raptor

I was talking earlier this morning with the owner of the dealership I use to do business with back in MA. He was asking me if I still wanted to transfer my Bronco order to him in hopes of getting it sooner. I told him the excitement has pretty much worn off but I was really more interested in either a PHEV or Raptor Ranger. Seeing as there's no definite release date for the PHEV I asked about the Raptor. He said he hasn't heard anything new from Ford except the Raptor will be built on the release of the 6G and he should know more in the next couple months.

Seeing as no one has yet approached him on it I'm now #1 on the list to get one. They have 3 dealerships and sell a lot of Rangers so he said they will definitely be getting a couple of them. The only reason I didn't go through him for my Bronco order was that Granger was offering invoice pricing plus and additional $2,000 off for the month on October. Back them (10/14/20) Ford was "supposed" to built them according to your timestamp and I never thought this mess would've happened. So now the wait begins again but being first on the list I doubt it'll be 3+ years like the Bronco. Best of all it'll be at MSRP with no crazy markups.

I hope you get it sooner!!! I wonder if the US version can handle 35s inch tires with very little mod? I'm hoping it would, cause the overseas version are all 285s.
Its funny that there are showing a commercial of Ranger Raptor while I'm typing this message.

That's where I bought mine. My family has been with them since they were in Chicopee, all the way back to Topor Ford. Pretty much every car for the last 20 years from the same salesman ?. I've got no complaints so far. My dad on the other hand has a During-the-Demic 2020 Escape and has had a lot of problems with it and has sworn off Ford as of today. so there's that.

I personally got mine during the best time and have a 0% finance through Ford, so I remain ecstatic.

Haha I remember Topor Ford, damn I'm old. lol I bought 3 of my F150's from Family Ford and they have a really good service dept there too.

I got the same 0% for 60 months when I bought mine too. That's why I never rushed to pay it off because it's pretty much free money and I only have a small balance left.

Me too. lol You're seeing a Ranger Raptor commercial? Heck I've never even seen a Ranger commercial.

I can't wait until all the specs are released but I did post this link to an article but have no idea how accurate it is. I'm just hoping it's not to crazy priced at MSRP.

Seriously it's not. I saw that post over on R6G and it was last spring when he posted that. If a dealer really took a deposit that far out I think he's in for a shock when it arrives when he sees the dealer markup. lol

This is 100% true and there was no money down because nothing exists yet. Will see what happens when the order banks open up and the actual prices are shown. It could be more of a sticker shock than I'm expecting.
