For the first time in about 15 years I did an oil change in the driveway. These old bones were not at all happy about crawling under the truck.?
Dave...see @Trustable for how a bottle of Jack will help your old bones get under your truck:champagne: Cheers!

I have a bottle jack, but didn't need it. I used the ramps that I have had for the past 40 years or so, plenty of working room. It is the getting down onto the ground and getting back up, not getting under. ☹

The lift was/is by far the best gift my wife has ever given me. ?

Tried to give her the best pre-winter treatment I could in a limited time frame today. Nice thorough foam bath and wash, followed by 303 clay mitt, 303s graphene nano spray coating (spray nozzle mechanism blew its brains out in the first 2 minutes of use ?. @AzScorpion I blame you for my misfortune, though the product IN the bottle seemed good enough lol) and some 303 graphene detail spray to finish it off.

I always forget to try the eraser trick on the tire paint marks before dressing them ?‍♂. But happy with them none the less.

I forgot to treat the tires before going off roading the first time and some of the mud staining is quite stubborn despite my best efforts and elbow grease ?‍♂. Luckily Meguiars endurance tire gel does a good job of masking it.

Sorry for being a picture whore over something so basic... it's an addiction ?

Also swapped out my redline hood strut washers per @yamahaSHO. Looks much better now.

At least it looks good now it's done. ?

They obviously have had a defective batch of spray nozzles lately. I have 2 bottles of each the Graphene Nano spray and the detailer I bought a few months back and both are working fine. I would call Gold Eagle 800.367.3245 and ask for Conrad. They're customer service is excellent and he'll take care of you and anyone else who's having problems with theirs.

That she does! I only had time for one coat of the graphene nano spray (I belive you recommend 3??) But I had to take what I could get. Overall, very happy with the products you've recommended so far!

Thanks for the info, I'll try and reach out in the next day or so and see whatbthey can do for me.

You can layer up to 3 coats and I do that here because of our intense heat and UV rays. It definitely lasts a lot longer as I can get a solid year of protection and even then the water still beads up nicely. The detailer is nice because it adds a little more Graphene every time you apply it and really makes it shine.

Pepper and Snowflake (yes I felt I had to come up with a catchy name for my wife's platinum white extra co$t E$cape?❄) both got a bath yesterday. Then did the Escape with the 303 Grapgene nano spray, and will do Pepper sometime soon. But a small complaint, can't Gold Eagle make a decent spray bottle? The suction tube kept popping off. Annoying. And yes, I kept shaking it up...
Since I'm going backward from today, on Friday Pepper took me to a Dr appointment and on the way home we stopped at a nearby Ford dealer to snoop (not my local one). 4 Mavericks, all in the $28-$29k range PLUS $7,500 mkt adjustment! Also had 1 Bronco, Cactus Gray Sasquatch, not bad at $55k, but had an astounding $20k mkt adjustment on top!! So as not to offend Pepper, I didn't look at the Rangers, plus, they must have been hiding, or in the back row. BTW my local dealer has zero Rangers, Broncos, or Mavericks. Very disappointing.

My neighbor asked about my Ranger just after I got it, citing his brother was looking for a Maverick- my dealer had one and when I bought my truck they claimed no Market Adjustment shenanigans... a week after I bought my truck they tacked $15k onto that Maverick with an original sticker price of $28K. Insanity!

My only guess was they seemed to change their tune on Market Adjustments the week Ford announced they'd start selling the F150 Lightning (and maybe all EVs?) direct and not through dealers. I figured it was an act of protest or something.

What do you do throughout the year inbetween graphene nano spray applications? Just wash it and hit with detail spray afterwards?

Yes just wash and detail spray. We don't get much rain here so besides the dust in the air it stays fairly clean. I use a California duster a couple times a week and every 4-5 weeks I'll hit it with the Graphene detailer.

If only the weather here in the northeast were so forgiving.

Quickjack <------- These are so handy for oil changes and tire rotations! I'd love to have a lift, but that's not going to ever happen until I find a place with a shop building.
That’s pretty interesting. Will think about it, as my next move I plan on building a barndiminium/shouse/ or at least shop attached and I’ll be putting a lift in. But that would be insanely helpful, not sure if it would work though as my current garage has drains in middle. So it slopes. Makes using a Jack and stands a bit of a hassle to make sure they are safe.

Ahhhh, had to think about this for a bit. Now I see how a bottle of Jack helps you get on the floor under your truck. But fail to understand how It'll help your tractor
As long as the drinking starts after it’s on the stands, I think that’s an acceptable method.l!

My garage floor has some serious slope to the drain in the center too. (Had to add shims to all the cabinets and benches to get them to sit square with the world). The Quickjacks are very stable, and easy to move around. When not in use you can hang them on the wall or slide them under a vehicle.
