That's great to hear!

Got it installed last evening. Initial impressions are that it's a nice cover.

Need to do a bit of fine tuning to it today.
I started having issues with the clamps popping off. I ended up putting a lock-nut behind each clamp, on the bolt, and cranked the bolts in through the clamp and nut and they are sticking fine now.

What does the organization look like on he inside, or is it just a single compartment?
There is a single compartment with a tool tray on the top short end of the boxes. I will take a picture and put it on this thread.

I just added in some more pictures of the interior of the boxes.

I am guessing the old ones just slide out & the new ones slide in? There are time that it would be nice to have an unobstructed view out the back window.

Well not exactly, you have to reuse your covers and cutout for the button if you want it to show. They are tight but fit perfect! It really opens up the rear view.

Looks good, I am wanting to do the same but was unclear about the cover itself, I did pull my cover off of my existing headrests to check if I had the headrest without the button, but the hole for it - as other members have reported - they added a dowel rod to it-to make it function as intended, - I have standard - non-Folding, no hole in foam, so getting the replacements like these is my only option - Thanks for the pics and part numbers. I have tries locating the part number for the covers themselves (with the buttonhole) but cannot locate it, but it should be easy enough just to slit a hole in the cover for the button.
