Support group for those waiting for their Ranger MY22

So just got off phone with Ford….they can’t tell me anymore, they just give me the same delivery date range that shows on their online tracking system. Same as dealer gives me. But new info now is there is a recall on it now that he believes dealer will do but wasn’t sure. So if/when it does ever show up that will be another delay there. And that shows a delay on his end as well, and thinks that’s the delay. But didn’t sound confident! ?‍ This maybe a give up soon……

so my dealer emails me yesterday.. the 23MY order banks open August 2nd (thought it was July 18th..but maybe they changed it). Since I don't even have a production date yet.. do I keep my order for the 22 or just move my order to a 23? If i keep my order as a 22, ill get it at the end of the year.. but if I order on August 2nd, I possibly get it early next year.. but its a 23? so another 2-3 months (possibly) have the newer Ranger?
My dealer says that he should have the info for the 23 within the next two weeks.

I was in the same struggle, and now have a production week of August 8th. But we will see if that holds... If my production date slips, or my delivery is delayed like many of the folks waiting here, I may still be in that same situation. Keep my 22 or tell the dealer I want a deal on a 23. The line in the sand for me will be if there are MY23s being delivered and my 22 is still not shipped/delivered.

Im curious to see if they would change colors for the 23 year. Would kill to see Rapid Red or Saber make a return.

Would love to see the Rapid Red again! Or old school Candy apple red.

I will give it a try. So my Ranger is scheduled for the week of August 1st, ?. If it is built that week what are the odds that it will make it to the coast of Washington by September 9th? That is my birthday so that would be too cool, but I have an appointment to have my Taurus in the body shop to fix where an idiot rear ended me last week. It would be nice to have it then. Ok not too bitchy but I tried. ?

So mine is scheduled to be built the week of August 8th, delivery date of Sept 2nd.
What are the odds that it gets built that week? (Lariat 501A Package)
What are the odds IF it does get built that week that it gets delivered September 2nd? (I am in GA)
What is the over/under on it being delivered prior to MY23 Ranger dealer orders being delivered to my local dealer?
