Are you planning to add vinyl letters, the hard putco plastic type? I went with tvdvinyldecals.com letter in grey. They have excellent customer service and will even send you samples to try on your tailgate before you purchase.. Everyone’s doing black even Chevy now a days so I went another route and tried to match my sports appearance package.. Not the same color as yours but you get the decal and color idea.

I swear by the black inserts myself.

Got mine from Amazon for less than $20.

Tailgate Inserts Letters Emblem Compatible for 2019 2020 2021 Ranger Accessories Rear Inlays Decals (Gloss Black) https://a.co/d/4BI63b3

We recently purchased a 2022 Bronco Sport in Cactus Gray and the lettering on the back is in gloss white. It looks incredible. Not sure if you can find the Ranger letters in white anywhere, but I think it would be awesomely different.

Aside from the lettering question, how do you like the Bronco Sport? I would love to hear from somebody who has driven both the Ranger and now the Bronco Sport! We are thinking of maybe moving to Bronco Nation when the time comes to let our present Ranger Raptor go. I like that the Bronco Sport has a fixed roof and doors but it seems a little small and underpowered in comparison with the full-sized model (or our Rangers for that matter). Since my wife does not drive we really cannot justify more than one vehicle at a time...

We love our new Bronco. Plenty of room inside (I’m 6’3” and have no troubles), and as far as power is concerned it has plenty of get up and go. Don’t let the 1.5 liter fool you…it’ll haul ass when you want it to. And the creature comforts are aplenty. My wife LOVES it.

Terry, thanks for this. As it happens, I am also six-foot-three, so this means it would fit me as well. How about the ride quality? Does it need aftermarket shocks or are the stock ones good to go?

That looks really nice! Were they hard to apply? I have heard that the vinyl ones are not as tough as some of the thicker ones and they would possibly scratch up.

Your welcome Marc. The ride quality is comparable to my wife’s 2021 grand Cherokee that we traded in for it. The ride is smooth and responsive. I highly recommend taking one for a test drive and experiencing how nice the ride is for yourself. Ford did a great job with the Bronco Sport.

Na, their not hard to apply at all.. I used the wet method and had plenty of time to position them in place perfectly.. As far as getting scratched up, mine are very durable, I dont see them getting scratched up easily at all. I’d think the plastic one‘s would scratch much easier to be honest.

I really like the two tone/reflective/3D options since you have a nice neutral color.

You can never go wrong with black letters...especially if you have black bumpers. Black letters really enhance an STX or Black appearance package. I got these on Amazon, and they are plastic...raised and beveled...look exactly like OEM for a lower price. Very easy to apply if the surface is prepared properly.
