I avoid being social but someone comes up to me I'll say hello.

But when people watch me in lawns chairs, just to run off when we greet them... lmao no interest in those types.

Offer me a beer, then we may have something.
I hear you, I keep to myself and when I'm tinkering with a car, I'd rather just focus on that. I do have a side neighbor who likes to gossip and sometimes I can handle it and other times, it makes me nuts.

Maybe we should get a sign made, for both of us, that says "Admission - one beer!"

What part of IL are you in where people are sitting out in lawn chairs right now? It was a high of 40 here yesterday. ?
I won't be specific but 2 hours or so south west of Chicago. Weather has been up and down crazy.

End of April and caught a cold...

Well, I will say, the Development Hell that I have existed in the last month has been nothing but terrible, so I take this as a reward for surviving that.

Speaking of Development Hell? I firmly believe that out of the 9 layers of Hell, Software is Layer 0.
I tend to get rather anti-social when I'm in programming mode. Probably would have been divorced and/or fired a long time ago if I had to do it more often. While it's hell early on, there is something about being able to say at the end that "I built that".

Jake,

There's certain towns in IL that don't allow pickup trucks. Maybe they are old school and view you as a law breaker.
How is that even legal? Can a town/city demand everyone drive an EV?

I took mine into the car hospital.

Hopefully get my trailer connect / disconnect issue sorted out.

On Tuesday night it stopped doing it. Perhaps my spray of WD40 did do something over a couple days.
But now that I have covid, I haven't been going anywhere for a few days except to drop it off at the dealers this morning. And of course, it wasn't doing it this morning ?‍♂
Did not know you had the "C" !!!
Hope it's not hitting you bad...get well soon !!!

Nothing too crazy, but something I’ve been wanting for awhile. Ranger letter inserts for the grille and blacked out American flag emblems for the front doors.

Looks great!

How hard was it to apply the Ranger letters to the grill?

I think I'd get them all crooked unless they go on really easily.

What model of deflector are you using? I like the looks of that one more then some of the others prevalent on this forum.
It's the RANGER 2019-2022 AEROSKIN II BLACK

It has held up extremely well. I believe I paid around $60 for it but I also know that Ford sells it for around $100

Super easy. Also, you can “dry fit” the letters before you remove the backing and expose the adhesive, which the manufacturer recommends. There isn’t a lot of wiggle room so even if you do get one slightly off center it’s difficult to see.

Here’s the link to the ones I bought: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W1DJHCD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_GDNRC2A309Y7V7KH8AHE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
