Here is mine. I feel like it is "which one of these is not like the other, now it's time to play our game."

Answer: The lower right for those who take too long.

Lower Right has smaller ID.jpeg

I lucked out and all my bushings were same size. Got them mounted on the truck along with new Fox 2.5s. Just got back from getting truck aligned and this project is all wrapped up.

Funny thing ... had a clunk driving back so popped wheels off to recheck torque on everything and I had forgotten to tighten passenger sway bar end link. Thanks to this thread it was on my mind to check. :)

Nice!

How did it align and how much lift did you set the 2.5s to?

I'd love to hear you feedback after some seat time.

Front lifted a full inch after settling. I did not change the preload on the coil over. I am now only 1/2” higher in rear so essentially leveled.

Alignment results are attached. They seemed to have no problems and only really needed to adjust toe. I told them to leave caster high.

Definitely some tweaking to do with these shocks to find where I want them. Initial drive I had them set to 3/3 and found the street ride to be firmer than previous suspension. Turned the high speed dial down one click and liked how that felt. Fun to be able to hop out with engine still running and click click click to adjust firmness. Suspect I will be playing around a bit over the next few weeks.

Damn so it wasn't a packaging error for just me then.

Have you had yours replaced yet?

I am waiting on ICON for a reply to my request.

So Icon is a joke.

I'm a Jeeper and Icon doesn't really have a presence in the community.

I learned from my offroad group that Icon has a terrible reputation in the Toyota world.

This is all playing out with my control arm.

Basically Icon said they are prioritizing new orders, versus shipping me the correct bushing.

No ETA.

I'm not happy. If I don't get an answer soon, I'll issue a return. I purchased this with my Amex, so I'll go down that route if needed.

For the record, Stage 3 has been great so far. This is Icons issue.

That seems weird that they are not sending you a new spacer. Can you return to Stage 3 and ask for a full replacement?

I'm giving them until mid-day tomorrow, then requesting a refund.

Icon has terrible customer service.

Installed my Icon UCA’s yesterday and got my alignment today. Came out perfect. Factory Tremor suspension with a 2” level spacer up front.

So a follow up on these after running them for a few hundred miles. Poly bushings are noisy. Already re-greased them and that helps some. I saw a YouTube video where a guy recommends wrapping a single layer of Teflon tape around the bushing and greasing that before assembling. I may try that in future. How are others from the group buy liking so far?

No problems for me, except the whole wrong bushing ID fiasco.

I will say, these bushings are the cheap option for aftermarket manufacturers to go with. The poly wears faster than other options.

I am considering swapping back to stock. I don't think I need these for any alignment correction, and I am skeptical they give much if any more travel, and I don't love the squeak. Gonna give some more time, but I am considering.
