beautiful!Mayport North Jetty, Hugenot City Park, Jacksonville, Florida. Construction of the north and south jetties at the entrance to the St. Johns River didn't begin until the late 1880s and was largely finished 10 years later.
At one time, a concrete pedestal was laid out across the rocks to support modified train cars carrying the rocks and other assorted materials to construct the jetties. The south jetty is now located on land controlled by Mayport Naval Station, while the north jetty is located on land that makes up Hugenot City Park - City of Jacksonville.
Driving on the beach and camping/RVs are allowed. Restrooms and picnic areas are available, along with a full time staff. A true treasure of NE Florida.

That's a far cry from the interior of my F100! What's under the hood?Oh, why not. Earlier today, I came across the unbeknownst to me 1967 Ford Thunderbird Landau Apollo Edition. Five Thunderbirds were commissioned by Abercrombie & Fitch, with special options not available on the production Thunderbirds - 4 are still known to exist. The cars were displayed at various A&F stores around America until they were sold off to the general public.

1967 was a carryover for powertrains from 1966 despite being a brand new car. 390 4bbl standard with the 428 4bbl optional. The script stated 4 Apollos had the 428 while one had the 390.That's a far cry from the interior of my F100! What's under the hood?
By the way...how'd your maiden smoker adventure turn out?thankfully, the quoted pics are there....otherwise that would be a creepy response any way you look at it....
