I assume if the factory put in the "ball" end in the engine bay, all you would have to do is press fit them on??

I got curious when I saw two part numbers, thinking there couldn't be a left and right cylinder. I was wrong. Anyone have insight as to why?

No idea, but it is listed as a left and a right side.

My “parts guy” said the “b” was simply a newer number. There shouldn’t be a left and right.

Yes. There is a mount on each side, so 2 needed. But you wouldn’t think they were directional, but maybe. I’ll know more tomorrow.

Man, I love my 2019 Ranger, but I hate that Ford continues down this path of constantly removing things. This is by far the cheesiest downgrade that they've made so far. Come on, a prop rod on a 30-50k truck? Unbelievable. What’s next? How about removing the push button start and go back to the hand crank?

What push button start? I have to turn a key! It's better anyways...I'm always forgetting the keys in the ST .

What a nice looking derrière (sorry about the dirt but it was wet and rainy last night):

Some of the first things planned:
- Hood struts
- Tailgate damper (go ahead and laugh)
- Stock engine cover
- Smoke American flag RANGER tailgate inlay
- Auto start/stop eliminator
- JLT catch can
- Console Vault
- Some way to transport my skis

Further down the line after break in:
- Leveling kit (hate the rake)
- FactionFab wheel spacers
- aFe Magnum intake scoop
- Some CAI (so many options here)
- TurboSmart Plumb Back BOV (trying to remain inconspicuous)
- aFe intercooler piping
- Some kind of 3" exhaust with high-flow muffler(again so many options)
- Ford Performance tune
- Maybe a catted downpipe (has to pass emissions here in SE PA)

After all that, I'm hoping to be able to at least keep up with the ST, if not smoke it...all for about 12 grand less. It's entirely stock (for now).

FYI, "A" is right and "B" is left, so you need one of each!

Nice looking Ranger. So you got the 302a package. Did it come with power folding side mirrors? I saw the button but nothing was printed on it. This and heated seat was the reason I ordered the 302a. Thanks for the info.
