Evidently not as my new Ranger took about 3/4 of a gallon when new. I don't know how much the reservoir holds, but mime was empty or close to it. Interestingly, in Calif., the Air Resources Board bans all windshield washer fluid that is not "summer formula" except in certain zip codes.

I run distilled water 24/7/365. Then again it doesn't get that cold here. If I do venture into cold weather, I'll just top off with juice from the local gas station to get a little antifreeze properties.
