A back story on Brothels in Nye County NV..... The Best In The Desert series off road races sometimes ran outside a Brothel and the ladies would go out to the racecourse and "flash" the driver/Codriver. In Pahrump NV is the Cherry Patch Ranch... Wife and I investigate building our new house in Pahrump, we spent a few days investigating but flood plain, sewer and water and general lack of building code drove us away. From my off road days I told Margie about the Cherry Patch Ranch, outside of which was a large flat area what BITD made into a pitstop for the Terribles 250 for several years...she asked me to take her to see what it looked like.... Attached to the Brothel is the Brothel Museum and Margie said that it would be a joke if we told folks she got a Docent job at the Brothel Museum... Anyway....never happened as Pahrump had too many problems for us to consider building our house... Building Dept said...you can have fresh water or sewer but not both...which do you want? Exit stage right on Pahrump....

And yes...I have been inside a Brothel...the Cottontail Ranch when we were Pre Running the Las Vegas to Reno race. About 50 of us had lunch at the Brothel... Unique experience. We were not served until we looked at the Ladies Menu...Weird... But hey...It is Nye county...
