I've read some threads on the forum, and just finally made an account. 2021 Scab 4x4 XL/STX with 17,000 put on it since I got it brand new in March.
Welcome Elliot, that's a fair amount of driving! But then again you have a big estate, living in Maine/Utah. Must take a long time to cut the grass:giggle:

Hello all, just purchased a 21 xlt 4x4. Taking her for my first long drive from Southern California to the bay this weekend. So far it’s awesome. Always wanted a truck. Coming from a 18 x3m and 21 Vespa. Such a change. Been wanting truck for a while. Hike everywhere. Camp sometimes. And need to lug around my music gear often.

Hi everyone, first time Ranger owner here. It was finally time to trade in my beloved Crown Victoria for something newer and more practical for my life nowadays. Picked up a 2021 Cactus Gray XL STX earlier this week, and other than a few very minor issues, I am quite happy with the truck. Only 200 miles so still breaking it in, but loving the drive so far. Probably going to end up putting some 17" steel wheels (i'm a sucker for donuts) on and preserving the alloy wheels, but other than a spray liner, seat covers and floormats, this is my first pickup and not really sure what direction I want to take it.

Nice Truck, welcome...but a nice Crown Vic too.. It's got a cop motor, cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. .

Mike, long time off roader, 06 LJ Rubicon. Just bought a 21 Tremor but have yet to take delivery, but should be any day. This is supposed to be my daily driver, but I can already see mods in my future, especially those side steps will be the first to go, we'll see what's next.

very nice. I almost purchased cactus grey but I wasn’t sure if I would stay in love. Black would be my ideal but I just am not into washing my car every week anymore.

I live in Maine in the summer and Utah in the winter, so make the cross country trek twice a year. Have a decent commute in Maine which really stacks the miles up as well.

I was very hesitant towards it at first. All my previous vehicles have been black or dark navy and the scratches show up so easily. At work I drive a white transit van and the dirt shows up after a day or two.

Felt like the grey was a good compromise—better at hiding dirt and grime than white but better at hiding scratches than black.

What’s up, name is Andrew. New to the group… Got my 2020 XLT a few months ago and I love it! Haven’t done anything more than cosmetic, but I look forward to learning from you guys, as this is my first truck. Have some Falken Wildpeak tires on the way, these stock tires aren’t handling the Alaskan snow as well as I’d like.

I’m finding out how quickly one can become addicted to mods, my wife has already mentioned as much. Anyways, thanks for letting me join, peace.

Very nice, I lived in Alaska at Ft. Wainwright from 1984-1986, definitely need good winter tires there.
Enjoy the truck.
