Mishimoto products have always been known for being a solid design with good quality. I wouldn't put much weight in one person's bad experience.

Oh yeah? Maybe do some research. Their hoses and anything rubber/silicone related are crap. Actually panning out on warranty items is a big fat crap too.

Well I have been on the Ecoboost Mustang forum for the past six years and Mishimoto if not number one is in the top two or three of the most popular brand of upgrade parts for the Ecoboost Mustang. Never heard anyone complain about the quality of their parts.

You would have a lot more credibility if you just reported your bad experience and not try to trash the company.

Bummer man, I'm sorry that you had about a bad experience. I have had nothing but great luck with them. 3 products and counting and really like them

I have the performance intake and love it. I got the oiled filter but I don't trust cleaning it and oiling it again to reuse it and that goes for any filter. I think I'm gonna get a k&n dry filter for like $50 from AutoZone and just repeat that process when they get dirty. Has anyone ordered a replacement filter is it really over $100??

It's been months since I looked but I think you have to look up the intake and find the part number for the filter then search the part number and choose oiled or dry
