I would wait for a future purchase. Hopefully, the market will cool down. You have to have money to throw away for that purchase.

Somebody with more $$$ than common sense will buy it just so he/she can brag.
Hopefully they'll keep it, cause when they try to trade, their gonna take a BIG hit.

But, but, but..... I Got One FIRST!!!!

Anyone who pays over MSRP for a vehicle that is currently in production is lacking in either financial sense or financial concern.

It's not like they won't build another one.

Exactly.
why give your money to an establishment that is blatantly ripping people off? This is the exact reason a specific local dealer is the only lot with inventory.

Heh.. You think that's bad. This dealer slapped $6500 worth of "Dealer Accessories" on a Lariat bringing the total to $51.3... And it's not even a Tremor edition...

Poor thing's been sitting there for months now too.

IMO... They couldn't have picked a worse combination of Lift/Tires/Wheels to try to jack up the price on it. Not only does it look horrible, it is not functional. Saw a dealer down here do something similar added $2k worth and jacked price 10k

We have a dealer close to me that does the same thing. I use to love going there and picking out the most expensive on the lot. They sit you down to hammer out the deal and I whip out my FIL’s Ford employee discount card. Let me see your factory invoice is my next sentence. Every single time the face contortions start and then hem and haw about all this extra stuff. Not my problem buddy, $200 over invoice is all I pay. It’s for sale because you offered it to me. When you show them the card before looking every dog on the lot gets shown. Nice ones are already called for.
