Painting or Vinyl Wrapping the Front Bumper Valence?

Here is mine. I had the dude who did my tint plastidip spray them. I wanted to vinyl wrap but it was getting complicated because of the curves. If I continue to like the look perhaps I’ll do something more permanent. I removed the piece to drop it at the shop but I suppose you could do this right on the car. With plastidip you can wash and wax as normal. One tip is to wax it with turtle wax instant shine to prevent scuffs.

Given they seem to be sensitive to rain, I'd think it wouldn't be good - but you could try - the worst that would happen is you are out $21.

I'd try plastidip first, if it doesn't go crazy, you can probably peel it off and put a piece of vinyl over it. Either way they're both reversible if it causes issues.

So they sprayed both sides of both pieces and it was only $160.00...My bed was $595.00 had it done in about 3 hours.

I used the premium version, and yea, I just removed the parts and had them spray them. I still love it, still looks really clean.

Do you know the part number of the valence that is just above the skid plate? I am thinking about buying one and painting it magnetic to match the bumper.

I agree it looks great. I don't have any experience with vinyl wrap, but i have purchased some black carbon fiber look vinyl and I am going to give it a try. My truck, according to the tracker is due in 8 days. The tow hooks look good too. Mine will be blue.

I tinted the headlights, tail lights and third breaklight

Picked up my valance and skid from the local Line-X and I have to say it turned out better than I had hoped. I spray painted the parking sensor and rubber gasket gloss black and haven't had a single issue with them and they work just as they did before.

Nice how much did that cost you? I’m thinking of doing the bedliner on the skid plate myself to save money.
