Thanks @RANGER PRIDE . I couldnt find a good diagram. I'm thinking HS4 or HB3 but cant tell which one.

Their 6mm bolts with attached washers.
Looks like they’re used in multiple places as standard hardware. We swapped a wind dam with skid plate versions and the same hardware is used to hold on the front tire shields on the FX4.
