I was under there the other day because I painted my tow hooks and deleted my air dam. It looks like you need to take off a few pieces to get to it. I presume you mean the piece with the center two most front parking sensors. I'm thinking of just wrapping it or spray peel wrapping it on the truck instead of removing. If you find a decent way to get it off please post.

Got it. There are the 5 bolts on the bottom, and then 2 bolts on the black mesh piece above the silver. Then 5 push through flat things (yes...that is an industry term) that you just pop out with a screw driver, and then it will just pull free. It’s secured by the plastic tabs pushed through some aluminum fasteners. I really hope all that made sense, because I didn’t take pictures like I should have.

In order to remove the piece did you have to remove any other piece of trim or the bumper to get it off?

Nope. Just the black piece above the grey valence. They came off as one.

Got it off. Here are a few pics. You can see the places where it attaches. There are a few clips too but you can pull it off with some pressure and if you can squeeze the back of the clip that helps.

Looks great! What did the LineX run you?
So they sprayed both sides of both pieces and it was only $160.00...My bed was $595.00 had it done in about 3 hours.

Yeah, that looks good. Gonna do that. My only concern is that the texture of the LineX will pick up dirt quicker than a paint or powder-coat job. But should hold up great against road rash.

Yea, but I live in Utah so vehicles only stay clean for an hour after you wash them anyway.
