Do you know the part number of the valence that is just above the skid plate? I am thinking about buying one and painting it magnetic to match the bumper.

I was considering a vinyl wrap for that piece. That’s a totally reversible way to “paint” it.

Believe it or not, but the front bumper valence is two different pieces held together by 8 plastic plugs and 4 bolts! Just removing the bumper valence is a battle in of itself, but there is more work involved.

I found this part with what looks like the correct dimensions (49.81 L x 7.31 W x 10.94 H in). I would confirm with your Ford parts dept however.

Could just Plasti dip it. They make dark gray. Or just do black.... don't like it? Peel it off.

I found this on Carid.com no image of skid but it might replace the entire skid area including lower valence cover. TBD

Any idea on how the grey painted piece just above the skid plate comes off? There are 5 bolts on the bottom of it, but it’s still firmly in place.
