You got it...37 Packard Custom, made by aftermarket, and later the factory from a sedan.
They were known as "Gentleman Rancher's Trucks" as no well to do rancher would be caught driving a "common" Ford or Chevy.

I thought of that too, but I couldn't recall a factory built pickup from them without looking it up; it does look Packard-ish, though.
edit: @Grumpaw types faster than I can!

Packards were built in Brighton MA. I lived across the street from the building they were built in. It was recommissioned by Mack trucks for a repair depot. Probably condos by now. Guy that worked for me years ago had one he was restoring. His name was Brian Packard! Lol He works for Sig inNew Hampshire now. Got a nice pistol through him

I cheated and know what it is but I'm not gonna spoil it.

I have almost Zero knowledge of the old trucks but that doesn't prevent me from appreciating one.

Mid to late 30's Studebaker. What gives it away is the molded in bulge of the fender to the bed, and the grill.

The one's I posted earlier were 37-38 Hudson Terraplane Pick Up's.
