Did you put any spacers in the back? Would you think one inch spacers would be to much all away around?
Honeatly if you use a 1 inch spacer you will have problema with rubbing and will have to make modifications to the crash bars. If you stick with a 1/4 inch spacer you will not have to worry about such. If lucky(noon promises) you will not need a wheel spacer but it all depends on the tire you select.

Going to put BF Goodrich tires KO2 285/70/17. You think 1.5 inch is too much?
If you go more than 1/4 inch you will have to make modifications to the crash bars...... Simple as that. Dont want to mess with crash bars then only go with 1/4 inch wheel spacers at the most

Your truck looks great Joel! I've always loved my black trucks but they're a nightmare to keep clean especially with all the dust out here. I would lower it down to 35 psi and it should ride a lot smoother. It must feel like you're riding on bricks. lol I have the same tires but in 265's and run them at 32 psi.

Yeah you definitely want to lower your tire pressure. Even with stock tires Ford recommends no more than 38 PSI with the LT tires. P rated I believe is 30 PSI but then again that is the factory tires. As for 265/70-17 BFG KO2's Ford recommends 30 PSI with the LT tires. Hopefully that is enough information for you.

For me I have the Firestone Destination XT in 285/70-17 on factory sport wheels and the Old Man EMU lift. No wheel spacers and still have the factory crash bars. All I did to the crash bars was remove the plastic covers and push them forward(the fronts at least). Do I rub? Only at full lock on the frame but it doesnt bother me.

Sounds like I'll be fine then. OP's Nittos if anything seem bigger cause of the more aggressive tread.

Just finished similar set up.
- Terraflex Falcon 2.25" leveling kit.
- 5mm hub centric spacers up front: https://www.ebay.com/itm/203082068865
- 285/70R17 Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S on stock sport wheels.

Just did this tire setup (RC leveling kit) on a customers truck. We did faction fab 1” spacers and it had zero rubbing. Thing was smooth as glass.

Just did this tire setup (RC leveling kit) on a customers truck. We did faction fab 1” spacers and it had zero rubbing. Thing was smooth as glass.
That looks great, so the 11.5" width tire on stock wheel, 2in level kit, and a 1" spacer allowed for a 33in tire to not rub? No cutting or trimming?

When I air down I do just fine. No rubbing on the knuckle what so ever. What pressure domi go to? Between 18 to 20 psi
