Are you asking about the rubber mat or the BedRug mat? I have the rubber mat on top of my factory spray in liner. Seems to fit and work great.

If you're looking for thickness and weight, I used this horse stall mat. About 3/4" thick and takes 2 people to handle it. As heavy duty as I could find.

The Ford rubber bed mat didn't seem that heavy. It's at least a half inch thick. Not where I can measure it. Can do that after I get home tonight and post some pictures. I wanted to have something that offered a little more comfort if you had to crawl around in the bed...lol!

The regular Ranger branded mat (MSRP = $139) is about 1/4 thick. And it fits nicely. I considered the Ford HD Mat ($239) but in my case I didn't think I needed the extra weight or ruggedness. I read somewhere that one is about 3/8" thick but I cannot guarantee that number. I'm happy with my purchase and the decision to save some dough.

Wondering about the thickness and weight also.
Actually, I have the regular bed mat. I wasn't aware there was a thicker one.

Yup, REgular mat fits well, provides cushioning and helps keep items from sliding around in the bed. Works well, looks good and well worth the money!

I have the Impact Mat. It's arriving today. It's the thicker mat. I ordered it for about $180 delivered from Tonneau Factory Outlet. I bet it's the same as the thicker Ford mat. BedRug is the manufacturer. I'll snap some pics soon.

Yep, smooth on 1 side and knobby on the other. Trimmed with utility knife. $44.00..... hard to hate.

Not that i'm hitting max payload anytime soon, but a 105lb. mat makes a good dent in that. Wonder how much the other mats weigh?...

I didn’t weigh the Regular bed mat, but I’d be surprised if it was more than 35lbs.
