I see the molded splash guards on the accessories.ford.com web site. The price shown there is the same as what the dealer (where I purchased truck last week) quoted me, so that's fine. On the accessories website though it shows the installation as $30/pair, but the parts & service department quoted me $57.50/pair for installation. Did anyone get their dealer to honor the $30/pair shown on the website? The parts guy told me it shows 30 minutes installation time for each pair.

If you are the least bit handy, it’s an easy install to do yourself. its thirty minutes max for all four.
I know how to use a drill, but I watched a how to video for installing the OEM molded mud guards. Looks like you have to be able to wiggle under the truck a little for that bottom bolt and have some strength in your hands for pressing the clips. I have issues with my joints, so I know I wouldn't have the hand strength unfortunately. I might show the YouTube video to my brother and see if he would put them on for me. I really don't mind paying $25 or $30/pair to get them on and done with, but not the $115 labor dealer quoted for installing both sets.

Got it. I’m guessing the dealer just has a fixed price for the install. You may want to try another dealer to see if they give you the same price.

Ha. I am very handy, not a mechanic by any stretch, but I'm 'handy'. I bought the weathertech no drill flaps. Well, after 1.5 hours I got them installed, but not before dropping a clip down inside 1 front fender.

They got installed, look and fit fine. OK, I'm done embarrassing myself now. ;)

The OEM mud flaps are a breeze to install. I did all four in 30 minutes.

What I did notice is that on the fordaccessories e-commerce web site, when I select the dealer where I purchased truck (the one who wanted $115 labor to install both sets) for check out, it comes up saying dealer does not accept online payment and to call the dealer. When I check another local Ford dealer for check out that does show they accept online payment, it shows a $27.50/per pair charge for installation.... mud guards get shipped to dealer after payment. I think I may try that one.

I actually have a set of the Weathertechs (unopened) and sending them back. Just like the looks of the OEM guards better. Plus my husband has Weathertechs on his Sierra and one kept falling off, Weathertech told him it needs a bigger screw put in... I guess that's that screw that goes in from the bottom.

I ended up ordering the front & rear molded mud guards on the Ford accessories.com web site. I selected a different dealer (not the one where I bought the truck who wanted $115 just for labor to install both pairs) and labor for each pair was something like $27 + change. So waiting now for the call that the dealer got them shipped to them and for an install appt.

Weathertech mud guards on all four wheels took me about 30 minutes. No problems so far.

I checked with my dealer (wanted to use my Ford Pass points), they did want the same price as online for the mud guards, but they wanted $115 for labor to install both pairs. So picked another local Ford dealer on checkout at the website, and they only wanted around $27/pair to install so I ordered ship to dealer and included the installation. Couldn't use my points on line, but that's ok, I'll use them for something else within the year before they expire.
