I also did the rears first an I thought the ride was night an day better. I only did the fronts to add a little height an I figured since the rear shocks made such an improvement I'd do the fronts. It's a nice improvement but not the impact of replacing the rears. I chose to use the 1.8" height increase to not preload the springs too much. Guess I'm getting old an didn't want a stiff ride. I was looking at the sway bar kits for the rear but I think the shocks alone improved it enough for me. I paid some guys I know that are always modifying cars $250 to install the front's. They had done a few F 150's before.
