On another forum, I found the following from a Ford insider:

FORD STATEMENT

The availability of the 2019 Ford Ranger online Monroney Label has temporarily been disabled to allow for the final Fuel Economy data to be correctly represented on all documents. We anticipate that access to these online window stickers will continue to be disabled through December 10, 2018. This will impact access through both the Vehicle Locator application and the links provided to your Dealer web sites.

Our team will provide updates regarding the availability of these online window stickers as information regarding their release is received.

From Jim Oaks on The Ranger Station

I'm sitting on the numbers. I have a Ford press release dated for 12/11/2018 to 'officially' release the MPG ratings
The Administrator at The Ranger Station has an official press release from Ford, so that confirms that it will be released Monday!

Just saw this on the fleet site at by local dealer. Shows 20 city, 24 highway for the 4x4 Ranger.

Not sure if that is legit or they ust stuck those numbers in there until the real info comes out.

Tacoma 4x4 with 3.5L V6 gets 18 City and 22 Highway MPG, that’s a big improvement.

Colorado 4x4 with 3.6L V6 gets 17 City and 24 Highway MPG, so greatly exceeds city MPG and matches the highway MPG.

Frontier 4x4 with 4.0L V6 gets 15 City MPG and 21 MPG, it’s no competition with the Ranger.

While those numbers are good, I'm hoping they are a little bit better. Especially Highway numbers. I'm curious about the official announcement tomorrow.

I definitely like these MPG numbers for the 4x4 so far but I too hope the official numbers a bit better.

Regardless of the EPA numbers, the lifetime real world numbers on the Drive event Rangers are solid. From what I drove and have read on the forums from other testers, 26 MPG HWY with the 4x4 is attainable, as is 22 mixed.

I already know if going to be better than my Tacoma's MPG. But either way its a truck. So I won't even complain if it gets 21 which I doubt. It's also a turbo so it really depends how to drive it. It can get good mileage if driven like a sane person. But if you drive with a lead foot; you will get crap mileage.

20 city 24 hwy on the 4x4 would be in line with the 2wd numbers 21 city 26 Hwy that were on the window sticker

I'm glad either way. It sure beats the 14/19 I'm rated at now and only getting about 13 overall.

If I could even average 20mpg out a new Ranger it would cut my fuel cost by 30%. Nearly $200 a month.

Those are respectable number for a 4x4.
When I drove the truck at Expo East with a total of 3 people in it I was happy with the acceleration so these numbers are very respectable.

My tacoma gets about 16-17 combined. 14-15 city. I'm about to take it to the shop.
