What did you do to your Ranger today?

Added a little extra storage space for straps small tools etc.. Now just have to wait to see how it holds up and if it gets in the way when i put things in the bed, but it is slimmer than the wheel and tailgate hump. Also no drilling required in the bed, so I can remove if needed without leaving behind holes

I really like that! Did you buy that or make it? If you bought it, can you post a link? Curious what it connects to if you didn't have to drill....

Hi Rob,

It appears to be a metal formed box. There is a reinforcing piece of flat stock and what looks like a stove head phillips screw holding it to the side wall. Not sure there is a threaded hole in that area.... Good candidate for a rivnut...

Mounted it using a toggle bolt where the existing cutout is for the bull rings in the bed.

threw my truck up on the lift at work and flipped my tires around so the white Hankook lettering is on the inside! also vacuumed it

Phil, If this is the one you are referring to, push in where the green arrow is to release a small latch tab that is under where the yellow arrow is.
If that's not the one I apologize.

Added the swing case that I got with Ford Pass Points. Almost conflicts withe the hold down on the Xtang trifold bed cover. I have to swing the case out to latch or unlatch the cover, but it works.
