Ha Ha, Twin Waters, that's only about 40 minutes drive from where we live. Carpet pythons ARE really common in this area, next door seems to have a resident one in his shed, and I've seen likely the same or another one out and about in the bush next to our house. They're good to have around, keep down the rats and mice. Not a threat to humans, and generally good natured, although they will bite if annoyed. Out cat (not the current one) had one bailed up once which was pretty brave, as they are quite capable of killing a cat or small dog and eating it.

Yes it was Paul Hogan but the setting in the photo reminded me of Wolf Creek and another, albeit fictional Australian killer.

I've been looking for it for years and haven't found it yet.

Ha Harry Bottler was his take off of the real life Harry Butler, an Australian naturalist who had a TV show called "In the Wild" back in the early 1980's.
