I have a 2022 Ford Ranger Lariat and took it into the Ford dealership to get the windshield resealed for the recall. Got it done, heard a whistling noise near the bottom, and took it back, took them a week to get their third party glass people to look at it. They didn’t hear anything but Ford service guys did, glass people were ordered to reseal took it off and broke my windshield. After a few days got a new windshield and guess what still have a whistle around the 50mph-55mph mark. Gonna take it back but feel like an idiot, is there anyway they screwed up twice? It sounds down near where the dash speaker is but I do not feel any air. Thanks in advance

I had to have my windshield done 3 times on my Focus ST due to incompetent techs.

You can remove the Lower Cowl, fairly easily, but you have to also remove the wiper arms for full access.

You can temp remove the cowl panel and drive, see if noise stops, with the cowl off you also have full access to the bottom of windshield to leak check and tape it.

Leak Checks:

You have some options - Tape and Drive, to check if noise stops.

Roll up windows and place blower on high and close recirc door, note it will auto open after 5 minutes.

Get a spray bottle with soapy water, spray along perimeter of window, look for bubbling.
or
With a Smoke Test Tool, run along perimeter of window and look for any disturbance of the smoke.
Note: this requires to be in an enclosed space (garage) and no wind, to get accurate results.

Now being that the windshield was replaced (2) times and still squeals, I can't see the windshield seal itself being improper install but feel that the cowl itself is not installed correctly.
Lifting up as you drive and creating the squeal and transmitting the noise into the cab.
If I recall, there is a seal that goes between the cowl and windshield for the sole purpose of wind noise.

There are other possible places for the noise, as wind noise can be deceiving on its location.
but since it started with windshield replacement, that would be the spot to check first.
Drivers' door seal, any pass through for wiring, air inlet door, HVAC duct work, being that you hear it more around the center speaker (Defrost Duct)
You could possibly try, closing the Recirc Door, and see if that makes any difference in the noise.
