I finally installed the rough country 40” curved cree bar light, onto my pioneer rhino rack, (
https://www.roughcountry.com/40-inch-curved-led-light-bar-72940blkdrl.html ) by utilizing my own diy brackets (patent pending) jk.
I could have purchased the outrageous priced bracket from rhino-rack but I’m kind of cheap, and didn’t like the look of it. The rhino brackets stick out further, and I wanted the bar light to stay fairly under the pioneer platform.
I used a couple flat and block aluminum metal pieces to create the adaptor, the Cali raised bracket for the 4Runner I believe, and I also used 3m double sided tape to hold down the heavy duty wire harness along the outside of passenger pillar. Ideally I wanted to hide the wires in the channel between the pillar and the windshield, but the wire is way to thick and way to nice to cut up. If you want me to flash this beautiful set, let me know!! Haha ?
