The bed wasn't torqued down right and let a bushing in the area of the right wheel make the bird chirping noise. It was out of place because the bolt wasn't holding it down enough.

Why did I take so long to find it?

Manager: the ranger guy! (I was in uniform). Yeah we had a heck of time finding it. The first tech on the job couldn't hear it.

.... At what point did they say something...... holy crap. Anyway, fixed and I'm happy. No more annoying noises.
