I have owned my Ranger for a little over one year.
Since I have owned it my location on Ford Pass has not changed. It still shows it is parked at the original dealer's lot, Not the dealer I bought it from or where it is actually parked.
Ford has no idea why it shows the truck has not moved. I have 9,165 miles on the truck and it has been across the country during that time (6,000 mile trip)
The dealer and Ford Customer Service suggested I turn off my phone and turn it back on. I have done that a lot in the last year. Ford also suggested I delete Ford Pass and reinstall it. That has been done two times.
If my truck every gets stolen or anything happens, I will have no idea where my truck is. The latest suggestion is a software update. That is being done.
Anyone else have this problem?
