Pressing the TM button on my center console changes the display in the instrument panel to show the different modes, but when rotate the selector on the center console, it won't move to the different modes. It does change the drive to 4H or 4L depending on how fall I rotate the selector (I understand this should be expected). So, why am I not able to get into the different TM modes.

Thanks for any help.

Press the TM button down as many times as you need to cycle through the modes, the little rotary dial bit on the outside is just to go between 2H, 4H, and 4L

Thanks for the response Red! The manual has a graphic that seemed to indicate the rotary dial should be used.

No problem. I couldn't figure out how to use it at first myself, chiefly because the button was stuck and I couldn't figure out that it *was* a button.
