This is correct. My truck will unlocks all doors and the tailgate after the driver turns the engine off and opens their door.

When I turn off and remove key, open driver door...all doors unlock...

So, there isn’t a way to setup all doors unlock when driver door is opened and ignition is on? The ignition has to be off?
I was able to set that up in the Bronco it’s super convenient. It’s starting to drive me a little bananas when I go to open another door or tailgate and my key is in the console or otherwise. I gotta walk back and hit the button on the door or procure my FOB.

From The Manual - No, Door Unlock (Auto) Will not Unlock if Ignition is (On)

Now, there may be a Forscan setting - To Modify This (IDK)

NOTE: The doors do not auto-unlock if the vehicle has been electronically locked before the driver door is manually unlocked.
The auto-unlock feature unlocks all of the doors when all of the following conditions have been met:

- The vehicle was shifted out of park and a speed greater than 20 km/h (12.4 mph) was achieved.
- The vehicle has come to a stop.
- The ignition transitions to accessory or off and, within 10 minutes, the driver door is opened.

However - I forgot about this setting (Custom) in the IPC - Lariat Cluster, should be same for XL/XLT
Settings - Vehicle - Locks
You have selections here to (Check) or (Uncheck) - Auto Lock & Unlock
Now this should turn off the Autolock function by Unchecking the box
